Returns and Exchanges


We want you to be happy with our products.

If you're not satisfied with the item you received, please send us an email within 7 days of receiving your order
and tell us about the nature of the problem.

After reviewing the issue, we will issue an RMA (return merchandize authorization) for you to send back the item.
Returns or exchanges sent without prior notification may not be accepted.

While we try our best to package each and every order so that it doesn't get damaged during shipment,
it does happen on rare unfortunate occasions.

If the item you received has been damaged, please send us photos showing the state of the item.
We will contact the shipping company for compensation and send you a replacement product according to
the scope of the damage.

1. Products must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
2. We issue a refund or exchange once we receive corresponding item(s).
3. Shipping charges are not refundable for returns and exchanges.
